Cartea premiu de la concursul de la Bucuresti. Chiar daca premierea nu a fost cine stie ce, cartile date ca premiu chiar au fost mana cereasca. Sa dai copiilor Tutea, Cioran, Plesu si Liiceanu nu poate fi decat un act de eroism cultural. Eu m-am ales cu cele 322 de vorbe memorabile ale lui Petre Tutea, de care nu citisem nimic pana acum. Cautand o coperta a cartii pentru acest post, am dat peste o groaza de recenzii. Ele se impart in doua categorii: una de genul: tipul e genial si cealata de genul: tipul a dat definitii din dictionare unor termeni comuni.
Acum, divergentele apar probabil din taria cu care sustine religia si damneaza ateismul dar si din modul direct de a clasifica anumite persoane importante din istorie, de tipul lui Stefan cel Mare, Mihai I, Eminescu, Cioran etc. Eu ma abtin, pana la urmatoarea lectura a unei scrieri a sa. Zice si de Falticeni prin vorbele memorabile:
•Nu am fost si nu sunt antisemit, pentru ca ar insemna sa fiu anticrestin. Pentru ca, sa fim cinstiti, Cristos nu e din Fălticeni.

•Nu am fost și nu sunt antisemit, pentru că ar însemna să fiu anticreștin. Pentru că, să fim cinstiți, Cristos nu este din Fălticeni.
•Shakespeare, pe lângă Biblie, -eu demonstrez asta și la Sorbona- e scriitor din Găinești.
•Comunismul e cea mai mare aflare-în-treabă din istoria omenirii.
•În fața lui Dumnezeu, geniul e văr primar cu idiotul.
•Babele evlavioase merg la absolut rugându-se, iar filozoful trăncănind silogisme.
•Kant spunea că el e propriul său legiuitor și stăpân. Lucru la care eu am făcut așa: pârț! Așa e el legiuitor și stăpân cum sunt eu popă în cartier.
•Dacă există o știință a națiunii, eu sunt de meserie român.
•I-am asemănat odată pe ruși cu vacile care dau douăzeci și cinci de kile de lapte pe zi și apoi se baligă în șiștar.
•“Ce mai faceți, domnu’ Țuțea?” – Mă simt asemeni unui vultur trist, care înălțat la zenit urinează asupra veacului douăzeci cu un dispreț creștin.
•Cu ungurii nu putem avea probleme militare: dacă dăm drumul la toți caii din Ardeal, fără călăreți, în două ceasuri se pișă în Budapesta.
