Donna Thomas Went to my 1st therapy session this morning, sore and tired now. Had heat and pulse treatment. Have 2 sets of exercises to do twice a day at home. Going back tomorrow for round 2. After upping my muscle relaxers yesterday I am not feeling as much of the piercing pain in my leg today but it's still achy, throbbing and uncomfortable. Hoping each day gets better.
