Melissa Ayora el primer teletón que ví me impacto mucho y no paraba de llorar. Un sentimiento me albergaba terriblemente en cada caso que veía. Al año siguiente sucedió lo mismo, lloraba y lloraba y mucha gente me decía: yo no veo el teletón porque solo me hacen llorar y el dinero se lo quedan ellos, siempre llegan a la meta. El tercer año comprendí que llorando no iba a ayudar y aprendí aportar. Del tercer teletón a la fecha cada año aporto una cantidad mayor, y sigo llorando, pero con mucho sentido porque sé que estoy aportando. Me molesta mucho la gente que juzga y dejé de juzgar para aportar. Me molesta mucho la gente que dice: el gobierno no hace nada, las autoridades se quedan con el dinero, las calles están sin pavimentar, la inseguridad, dejé de quejarme para aportar. Me molesta mucho la gente insensible, la que se cree inmune a tener un hijo con capacidades diferentes, o un hermano, o un esposo o esposa, o incluso uno mismo, dejé de sentirme superior a Dios y empecé aportar. Martha M Cooper Briley only woke up once and cried for 25mins then went back to sleep yay! I still did not get a good night sleep though. I love Toby but for the past 4 1/2 years he has scratched at our door throughout the night. He is use to do it all night long now he starts around 4 a clock, which is better but I have given up and let him in but then he crawls all over us and still keeps me up. I love animals I do but enough is enough!
